As a CAN-SPAM compliant service, i-Autoresponder cannot, under any circumstances,

put a contact back on your list if they accidentally unsubscribed or if you moved

them to the Do Not Mail list. The only way a contact can rejoin your list is by

signing up again and confirming their subscription by responding to the email they

receive after signing up, as described here.

If a contact encounters problems while signing up again with the instructions

provided, we will help you, our customer, to troubleshoot the signup issues so that

you can better assist them with the resubscribe process.
